KONTINENT MEDIA ATTENDS THE GRAND OPENING OF SAKE & SAMBA BISTRO

May 18, 2011, Vernon Hills, IL, Kontinent Media attends the grand opening of Sake & Samba Japanese and Brazilian Bistro. Select community leaders and representatives were invited to attend the grand opening ceremony. Guests were treated to a complimentary dinner.

When you enter the Sake and Samba Bistro immediately you encounter a cheerful host welcoming you inside. The décor allows for a romantic date or a relaxing night out for friends and/or family. The waiters were attentive and ensured that our dining experience was of outmost satisfaction. Both my photographer and I came in not knowing what to expect, but were moderately hungry. We were quite pleased with their meat and sushi selection offered for our enjoyment. The meat was of high quality - the kind that melts in your mouth. Their sushi just as expected out of this world. For our desert we had traditional mocha ice cream, my personal favorite.

After our dinner I had a brief discussion with always stylish and personable the establishment owner Julia. She summed up her new Bistro by saying that Sake & Samba combines the exotic flavors of two different worlds – where the mouthwatering, zesty flavors of Japanese cuisine meet the sizzling, slow-roasted aromas of the Brazilian steakhouse (churrascaria).
