KONTINENT MEDIA ATTENDS CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT’S 7th ANNUAL EXPUNGEMENT SUMMIT

June 4, 2011, Chicago, IL, Kontinent Media attends the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s 7th Annual Expungement Summit. The event was attended by over four thousand people, which was held at Apostolic Church. This was an opportunity for people to get a second chance by cleaning their criminal record. Clerk of the Circuit Court Dorothy Brown addressed the crowd and spoke of this opportunity to start their life fresh. She further remarked that “to hear how lives have been changed by people attending the Expungement Summit, reinforces my belief that we have an obligation to provide an opportunity for individuals to expunge their court records; so they can have a second chance to be law-abiding, productive members of society,” said Clerk Brown.
Leonard Mogul for Kontinent Media concluded that “this was indeed an opportunity of a life time for many to start their life over. After cleaning their record, the “doors into the world of employment” that were once closed would begin to open.”
