KONTINENT MEDIA ATTENDS “FOOD FOR THOUGHT” SCHOOL OF METAPHYSICS FUNDRAISER

January 14, 2011, Northbrook, IL, Kontinent Media attended “Food for Thought” School of Metaphysics “SOM” fundraiser.

In a cozy and warm atmosphere at Maestro Restaurant guests had an opportunity to learn how our thoughts create our reality. The event hosts, students of the School Of Metaphysics (SOM), shared what they have learned about the power of our thoughts, which affect all aspects of our lives including careers, family, mental and physical health and more. The presentation covered many scientific findings connecting them to the potentials we tap into or neglect depending on what our thoughts are. Many real life stories were shared to illustrate the cause and affect thoughts have on our lives and on people around us.

Along with insightful presentation, the guests enjoyed a delicious lunch and had an opportunity to win wonderful prizes as part of a raffle.

The School of Metaphysics is a 501(c)(3) educational institute, headquartered in Missouri, with 16 branches in the Midwest, including three in the Chicagoland area. One is located in Palatine. The school also features international online education in dreams and metaphysics.

The school teaches adults how to develop their full potential through cultivating essential life skills such as self-respect, undivided attention, concentration, memory, listening, imagination, reasoning, intuition, breath, and entrainment. The course of study teaches in-depth understanding of dreams and how to interpret them, meditation, visualization, spiritual healing, life force energies, and much more.
